Attention those with or those who knows someone with special needs!!

Do you or someone you know have a special need that may not allow them to receive, understand or act upon an emergency protective order such as a emergency evacuation order? Warren County Emergency Management has set up a website that will allow those with special needs to register and will help notify local authorities of the special need in the event of an evacuation or other emergency orders when given.
