Engine 19

Engine 19 is a 1986 Ford FMC Engine originally listed as Engine 20 and located at Station 20. It was moved to Station 19 to replace an older engine that was at the end of its usability and to make room for a brand new Stuphen engine at Station 20. Engine 19 is the first out truck for any fire call Station 19 receives and usually second out for other runs.

Engine 19 or the "Green Monster" as its nick-named by the department carries 1000 gallons of water and is able to supply that through a 1250 gpm pump and a full compliment of 1.75 inch and 2.5 inch hose lines as well as 1000 feet of 5 inch supply hose.

It is also equipped with a ProPak class A and B foam system, PPV and smoke ejector fans, K-12 rescue saw, chain saw and a full compliment of fire hand tools. The engine is also RIC/RIT/RAT capable and carries a spill response pack and absorbent pads.

Engine 19 is equipped with a 5kw generator and is able to provide both fixed and portable scene lighting.
