Storms and Disasters can strike at anytime. Sometimes with little warning or time to prepare. We recommend that you always have a Disaster Supply Kit ready to go and easily accessible so you are ready to grab it and seek shelter when severe weather or disaster strikes. Here is a list of things we recommend every kits have.

Blankets or sleeping bags

Battery Powered or Hand Cranked Radio
Battery Powered Weather Radio with S.A.M.E. Technology
First Aid Kit
Water (Bottled or in jugs)
Non Perishable Food (canned food, granola bars, etc)
Medications
Whistle to signal for help
Moist towelettes, garbage bags and plastic ties for personal sanitation
For those with children,diaper bags and toys (non electronic) to keep them occupiedÂ
